Welcome to Teezi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Teezi (the “App”), available at app.teezi.golf and our website teezi.golf. By creating an account or using Teezi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Teezi.

1. About Teezi

Teezi is a golf networking platform that helps golfers connect, match for games, and access features such as scorecards and course information. Teezi is operated by Teezi.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Teezi.
By using Teezi, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You may sign up using Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Teezi, you agree not to:

Use Teezi for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Impersonate another person or provide false information.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.
Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Teezi may require a paid subscription.
Prices, billing terms, and subscription options will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
No refunds are offered except where required by law.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Teezi owns all rights to the App, including trademarks, branding, and content we provide.
Users retain rights to their own content (e.g., profile info, uploaded materials) but grant Teezi a limited license to display it within the App.
You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of Teezi without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Teezi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Location & Third-Party Services

Teezi may use your approximate location to help you connect with nearby golfers and golf courses.
Teezi relies on third-party services (e.g., Google, Firebase). By using Teezi, you also agree to their terms and policies.

9. Termination

You may delete your Teezi account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or for other valid reasons.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Teezi is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or accuracy of results.
Teezi is not responsible for the conduct of other users or for interactions that take place offline.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teezi is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date.” If you continue using Teezi after changes are made, you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
